RadarTaxi replaces traditional radio frequency with a modern vehicle monitoring system.

The system consists of a dispatcher interface and an application installed on drivers' phones.


By viewing all the taxis managed by the company on the map, the operator can identify, through the color of the vehicle icon, its capacity and its status (free, occupied, unavailable).

The operator can immediately communicate the cost of the trip and the exact collection time.

The system includes an Android application for drivers that allows them to be located on a map.


  1. When receiving a call, the operator, after asking for the name, number of passengers, suitcases, and phone number, asks for the pick-up location and destination, which he writes on the screen.
  2. The operator enters the customer's information (name, address, telephone number, pick-up location, and destination location) and sees the available drivers on his PC screen.
  3. As soon as you finish typing your destination, you receive the route plotted on the map, the distance, duration and price for two types of vehicles: Regular and Premium.
  4. When choosing a driver, he knows how long it will take to pick up the passenger.
  5. This information, along with the distance, estimated travel time, and price, is communicated to the passenger.
  6. The operator sends all information to the taxi electronically and immediately, avoiding the problems caused by verbal communication.
  7. The driver can accept or refuse the trip, in which case the operator must choose another driver.
  8. Along with the trip details, the driver receives the passenger's name and phone number to coordinate the pickup.

When receiving a call, press Request a taxi and a dialog box will appear where you need to enter the customer and trip details.

In a second you will receive the route drawn on the map and the details of the trip, the distance, the duration and the price for two types of vehicles.

In accordance with company policy, the operator may disclose the driver's and vehicle's details, as well as the passenger's telephone number, to the passenger.

For this to work, all affiliated taxi drivers must download the Radar.Taxi taxi app.

Radar.taxi is a web-based process, meaning there's no need to install any software on your computer. All data is processed and stored directly on the website.
