How to order a taxi

The service is accessed through the Radar.Taxi website, which works on any browser. It is not an application.

In Radar.TaxiYou define the route as explained on the homepage. You will receive a map with the route and you can choose the taxi that best suits you, whether by proximity, vehicle type and payment method.

Clicking on a circle displays the driver's details. If you don't like it, you can select another one.

Upon confirmation, the system sends the taxi driver the trip details and the calculated price. The taxi driver has one minute to confirm the trip.

Be attentive; if the taxi driver refuses the trip or does not confirm it, select another one.

Upon confirmation, you will see a message on your screen confirming your booking and the estimated pickup time. To facilitate coordination, we have included a button to call the driver. The driver may call you to confirm your number. Please note: If the number you provided is incorrect, the driver will cancel the trip.

We are not payment intermediaries like Uber, Didi, or Cabify. You pay the driver directly in cash. Some drivers have a device to accept credit cards.

If you want to pay by card, look for the taxi drivers marked with a thick circle.

At the end of your trip, you'll receive a message to rate your driver. We're very strict and remove drivers with poor ratings from our system.

We also require passengers to be responsible. If a passenger requests a taxi and doesn't take it, their phone number will be recorded, and we may not be able to answer their requests in the future.

Asterisk Taxi, Radar Taxi are not responsible for any contingency, damages, losses that arise from our management.

Our job is to make it easy to find the nearest taxis. Through our website, passengers can access details about the taxi, including the driver's name and phone number, allowing them to negotiate directly.
