The system consists of a dispatcher interface and an application installed on drivers' phones.

By viewing all the taxis operated by the company on the map, the operator can identify the vehicle's capacity and status (free, occupied, unavailable) using the color of the vehicle icon.

The operator can immediately inform you of the cost of the ride and the exact pickup time.

The system includes an Android application for drivers that allows them to be located on the map.

1. Upon receiving a call, the operator, after asking for the name, number of passengers, luggage, and telephone number, asks for the pickup location and the destination location, which he writes on his screen.
2. The operator enters the customer's information (name, address, phone number, pickup location and destination) and sees the available drivers on their PC screen.
3. As soon as you finish typing in your destination, you receive the route drawn on the map, the distance, the duration, and the price for two types of vehicles: Regular and Premium.
4. When you choose a driver, you know how long it will take to pick up the passenger.
5. This information, along with the distance, estimated travel time, and price, is communicated to the passenger.
6. The operator sends all the information to the taxi electronically and immediately, avoiding the problems caused by verbal communication.
7. The driver can accept or decline the trip, in which case the operator must choose another driver.
8. Along with the trip details, the driver receives the passenger's name and phone number to coordinate the pickup.
