The operator sends all the information to the taxi electronically and immediately, avoiding the problems caused by verbal communication.
The driver can accept or reject the trip; in that case, the operator must find another driver.
Along with the trip details, the driver receives the passenger's name and phone number to coordinate the pickup. When you receive a call, tap "Request a taxi" and a dialog box will appear where you'll need to enter the customer and trip details.
In an instant you will receive the route plotted on the map and the details of the trip, the distance, the duration and the price for two types of vehicles.
According to company policy, the operator can contact the passenger, the driver, the vehicle details, and their phone number.

For this to work, all your company's affiliates must download the Radar.Taxi driver app and register their identifying code.
