Delete account and data - 8080 Conductor and Radar Taxi Driver

This page explains how drivers using the 8080 Conductor and Radar Taxi Driver apps (developed by Phone2Web) can request deletion of their account and data.

How to request deletion

1. Fill out the form on this page with your name, the phone number registered in the app, and your email or username.

2. Specify which app you want to delete your account from (8080 Conductor or Radar Taxi Driver).

3. We will contact you to confirm that you are the account holder.

4. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.

Data that will be deleted

- Name, phone number, email or username, and password.

- Driver and vehicle photos, license plate number, and passenger capacity.

- Profile preferences (for example, whether you accept credit cards).

- Location and location history.

- Chat messages and ratings.

Data that will be retained

None. All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
